As a self-described proud Manitoban, Jacqueline has always been interested in what drives the province's economy. Jacqueline first learned about the agriculture industry in high school and the wide array of jobs that exist within the field. Jennifer is a strategic storyteller who helps to spotlight the high caliber of work that exists in digital agriculture, both in Manitoba and across the Prairies. Growing up in rural agricultural communities outside of Winnipeg, Kyle Volpi Hiebert had always been captivated by food and agriculture. He now works in digital agriculture as EMILI's Manager of Public Policy and Stakeholder Engagement, where he helps to keep EMILI informed on the priorities of policy organizations and stakeholder partners. Leanne grew up in a rural community and comes from a family of farmers. As EMILI’s Innovation Farms Manager, she helps to test, validate, and demonstrate new and commercial technologies for digital agriculture. Read Leanne's story.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce and contemplating a CPA designation, Milan Vuksa wanted a job that would help him develop as an accountant while contributing to more than just the bottom line. He found the right opportunity in the nonprofit and digital agriculture space, joining EMILI as our Finance and Administration Coordinator. Read Milan's story.

As an Innovation Farms Associate, Sarah manages and collects data for on-farm agtech projects at Innovation Farms. Sarah holds a masters degree in soil science. Read Sarah's story.

Tanner West grew up in Winnipeg, but his passion for agriculture and the farm lifestyle really began in Riding Mountain where he spent time helping his grandpa on a small-scale hobby farm. He holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Red River College, and is currently completing a Bachelors of Agribusiness at the University of Manitoba. Read Tanner's story.
