From 2024-2025, EMILI collaborated with the National Policy Consensus Centre at Portland State University to start the development of a data governance framework for the National Agricultural Producers Data Cooperative (NAPDC) at the University of Nebraska.

This project was designed to work with stakeholders from across the NAPDC community to develop a data governance framework for the organization using the collaborative engagement approach developed by the National Policy Consensus Centre.

EMILI would like to thank Portland State University and the University of Nebraska for the opportunity to participate in the initial phase of this project.
