Sharing expertise to grow the capacity of digital agriculture
The Manitoba Digital Agriculture Table was officially founded in June of 2020, co-hosted by EMILI and Manitoba Industry-Academia Partnership (MIAP). Members represent leaders from industry, government organizations, and post-secondary. The table is committed to sharing its expertise to enhance Manitoba's competitive advantage, and grow the collective agricultural capacity and the provincial economy.
Over the last two years, there has been a total of six meetings reaching 184 experts from industry and academia, working together to address the industry’s growing need for a skilled workforce with a focus on engaging students from non-traditional backgrounds in STEM and digital agriculture.
