Working collaboratively to identify and mitigate skills and talent gaps

As part of the Manitoba Digital Agriculture Table, EMILI leads a series of working groups focused on specific actions in response to the priorities identified in this strategic roadmap document. Each working group includes representatives from industry, academia, and non-profit organizations who work collaboratively to advance digital agriculture and strengthen the ecosystem across Manitoba.

The goals of this working group are:

  • Foster an environment that allows for industry to articulate gaps in the talent pool.
  • Create a balanced, open dialogue between industry, academia, and government.
  • Develop a holistic perspective for supporting digital agriculture growth across the post-secondary landscape.
