Read about the Emergence Initiative in the news
EMILI established the Emergence Initiative in 2021 to help bridge the gap startups and emerging tech organizations experience when developing new digital agriculture technologies. This initiative provides vital support to increase the scale of innovation in Manitoba and across the prairies.
To date, this work has been supported through a collaboration with BioEnterprise to grow the digital agriculture ecosystem in Manitoba. The program has been extremely successful and is a key way that EMILI increases the capacity of digital agriculture start-ups and scale-ups in the province.
