At EMILI, our work looks to address key skills and labour gaps felt by the agriculture and agri-food sector. We engage with diverse stakeholders and technologies to create opportunities for people to obtain the skills they need to thrive in a digital agriculture career. In collaboration with our partners, we help people – both who work in agriculture and come from non-agriculture backgrounds – gain hands-on experiences and exposure to a wide variety of career opportunities in digital agriculture.
The following stories highlight EMILI’s work to support skills and talent development.
We want to create pathways to introduce people to digital agriculture careers, and not just people from traditional agricultural backgrounds, but people from different sectors with transferable skills.
